These Terms of Use apply to the use of ExceptionalU and related services provided under BlessingCreativeHub.

ExceptionalU provides guided support, structured reflection, personal development guidance, emotional clarity support, and human-led supportive conversations.

ExceptionalU does not provide psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, medical diagnosis, emergency support, legal advice, financial advice, or licensed healthcare services.

3. User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for their own choices, actions, wellbeing, decisions, and use of any guidance provided through ExceptionalU.

4. Bookings and Payments

Paid sessions may include video guidance, audio guidance, or chat guidance. Payment terms, session availability, cancellation rules, and refund conditions will be displayed before checkout once payment and booking systems are connected.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not misuse the service, submit unlawful content, harass staff or other users, attempt to bypass payment systems, or use the platform for harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, texts, branding, digital materials, service structures, and platform concepts remain the intellectual property of BlessingCreativeHub unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with care, but no guarantee is made regarding specific emotional, financial, personal, professional, medical, or life outcomes.

8. Legal Notice

ExceptionalU is operated by BlessingCreativeHub, a German sole-proprietorship / Kleingewerbe structure, where applicable under the Kleinunternehmerregelung according to § 19 UStG.

9. Governing Context

These terms are designed for a Germany-based digital service provider with global online access. Mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected where applicable.
